Refund Policy
SEO is a service-based engagement. This policy explains how cancellations, completed work, unused prepaid work and third-party placement costs are generally handled.
Last updated: 2026-08-20
Before work begins
If you need to cancel before agreed work has started, contact TechBuzzon as soon as possible. Refund eligibility will depend on the written project terms and whether any non-refundable third-party commitments or preparation costs have already been incurred.
After work has started
Fees covering work that has already been completed, delivered or substantially performed are generally not refundable. If a project includes unused prepaid work, any adjustment or refund is considered according to the accepted proposal, invoice terms and completed scope.
Backlinks, guest posts and publisher costs
Third-party publisher or placement fees may become non-refundable once an order, editorial commitment or publication process has been accepted by the publisher. If a publisher rejects or cannot complete a placement before a non-refundable commitment is made, TechBuzzon may offer an alternative, credit or refund according to the project terms.
No refunds based only on ranking outcomes
Because rankings and traffic are not guaranteed, a refund is not created solely because a page does not reach a particular search position, traffic number or third-party authority metric.
Service cancellation
Ongoing work can be cancelled according to the notice period, billing cycle or milestone terms agreed for the project. Any final invoice may include completed work and approved third-party costs incurred before cancellation.
How to request a review
Email officialtechbuzzon@gmail.com with the project name, invoice reference if applicable, and the reason for the request. We will review the written scope and work completed before responding.
